minor adjustments to default values

• max worldborder by default is now 4 billion instead of 4.294 billion
• world border (default) size is now 10 less than 4 billion
• adjusted comments for config values to be more accurate

refactor alpha build

• Shrink default worldborder max size from 4.294 billion to 2 billion.
• Allow toggling worldborder size (in game config coming soon)

This update is very minor, a recompile of the current 1.1.0_01 version on a newer fabric loader. ZetaForged is now supported again so expect to see regular updates resume.

Updated ZetaForged on modrinth at last with 1.1 and the fringelands update.

Note: 1.18 is not actually supported, modrinth doesn't support 1.18 experimental snapshots. This build is also extremely out of date, unsupported, and is only here for archival purposes.

A lot of changes as this is the first public release of ZetaForged under our new name. Added our first mob, shitass, with some attributes, removed old uneccessary recipes, removed Caves and Cliffs preview datapack and updated to 1.17.1. This is a modrinth exclusive release.
