Final Bugfix before modfest!

• fixes a minor bug where jester tool inverse block tag wasn't set
• adds icon to mod

small bugfix + squeak

• fixes bug where you move super slowly while dizzy
• adds squeak upon right-clicking a balloon animal

very small bugfix

• you can no longer pick up cotton candy blocks with sticks while in adventure mode
• reverted jester hammer sound pitch to previous

basically a bugfix version -w-

Fixes:

• Jester Hammer not changing pitch of bonk sound
• Fire texture overlay rendering bug
• Fireworks render weirdly when holding Jester Crossbow in main hand
• Dizzy effect didn't invert keybinds like it was coded to
