Tired of endless tilling and tedious farming in Minecraft? Use a scythe!

This mod adds scythes that function like hoes but in a 3x3 area. Beyond tilling, scythes also help with harvesting as your seeds stay in the soil when you use them, making the whole process much smoother. All of this greatly simplifies tilling and farming in the middle and late stages of the game.

How It Works

To obtain a scythe, you must first find a new smithing template to upgrade your hoe. It can be found in villages: most often in the weaponsmiths, toolsmiths, and armorers houses, less often in regular houses.

Using a smithing template and a block of appropriate material on a smithing table, you can upgrade your hoe to a brand new scythe.
