• Update Minecraft dependency specifiers
  • Makes Server Stats run on some weirder versions again when using Quilt Loader >= 0.24.x, due to FabricMC/fabric-loader/pull/897

• Add Java 8 support

• Add support for 1.3 snapshots until 12w17a
