Fixed Render issue with chest boats
Fixed Peppermint generation. Now generates in snowy biomes.
Edited two recipes to use different types of ice.
Removed functionality of Icecutter until work is done on it, currently a decorative block.

Minor code changes to try and allow the Icecutter to work on servers.
Recipes for all Ice blocks in the crafting table as a workaround for not being able to use the Icecutter on servers currently.Icecutter now has a unique crafting recipe type, can be added to by using seasonaladditions:icecutter in the same format as a stonecutter recipe. (Thank you to Nemo's woodcutters for helping with getting this working.)

Changed Fairy Lights to be dimmer but they now make use of emissives.
Added Poinsettia, a new flower found in warm biomes. Crafts into red dye and can be used to make a 15 second glowing stew.Changed Snow Slabs, Stairs and Blocks to be crafted with a stonecutter like the Ice variants
