Potentially fixed a crash during startup

• Added Waystones to CTOV and Towns & Towers villages

This version will cause issues on old worlds (disappearing worlds). Use with caution when updating from older versions.

Fixed some bugs (dimension blacklist config not working properly, Waystones randomly disappearing)

This update changes how Waystone positions are saved. It will most likely cause issues on old worlds.

• Added cherry, bamboo, and ocean Waystone pieces
• Fixed bug where players reconnecting would reset their teleportation cooldown
• Fixed issues with local void being broken
• Fixed crash with Repurposed structures zombie village variant
• Fixed a bunch of bugs that resulted in duplicate or invalid Waystones
• Invalid Waystones should no longer appear in the Waystone list

• Made it so that players get unmounted from the mob they're riding (if any) when teleporting
