Small maintenance update & critical fixes!
- Updated to 1.21.11, and migrated to Mojmaps!
- Fixed critical networking bug that prevented the mod from working properly in singleplayer (especially when using offhand items like shields)
- Improved Client-Server packet handling to properly support both integrated and dedicated servers

This update fixes a long-standing bug where the mod wouldn't send "Allow Mod" packets in singleplayer due to leftover code from a previous project. If you've been experiencing issues with tridents not boosting when holding shields or other offhand items IN ANY SCENARIO, this update should resolve it.
Additionally, this is part of the ongoing migration from Yarn to Mojmaps to prepare for Minecraft's unobfuscated release. All of my mods will be updated eventually.
The FINAL mod to be migrated is DebugGUIScale, and then after that... i might release a new mod... im not sure.

Critical fixes and re-release
- Fixed crash on dedicated servers due to branched code paths, this caused the ClassNotFound crash on dedicated servers start
- Fixed band-aid fixes that plagued 1.1.6 and 1.1.7, everything such as trident boosting and server sync should work normally again (#7, #8)

Fair-Play Changes For Modrinth Verification
- A new system where the mod STRICTLY requires the mod to also be present on the server via in-game packets. Previously, there was an unintended behaviour where you could use RiptideOutsideWater on servers that doesnt explicitly allow it, which is considered cheating.
The mod now depends on Fabric API. Old versions of the mod has been removed as they contain the specified disallowed behaviour.
