Raid Restorer

Please note that this is a SNAPSHOT which might be unstable

• Updated to 26.2
• Add support for integrated debug renderer (-DMC_DEBUG_ENABLED -DMC_DEBUG_RAIDS)
• Fixed a bug during raid spawn position search that prevented the innermost ring from being used before the raid wave started
  • This bug was ported from/present in vanilla (before 1.21)
  • There is now a 90% higher chance of a successful spawn in the innermost ring (38 tries instead of 20)
  • Raid farms should be more performant as the position is reused in between waves instead of always picking a new one
