Quilt Loading Screen
A loading screen based off of The Quilt Community's server banner.
- Added a resource pack to make the patches look a lot more like Quilt's branding
- Made it so you can access the config screen using Mod Menu
- Updated the links in the mod's metadata to reflect change in ownership
- Removed Octal's Quilt UI since it is no longer updating the pack
