Pure Berries
A simple, cleanly designed mod that adds new berries and new foods for existing berries, with a focus on maintaining balance and vanilla mechanics.
v5.0.0: Full refactor, ported to 1.21. Added redcurrant, blackcurrant, gooseberry, and cape gooseberry crops with unique biome placements. Added golden berries with five new effects: detoxify, luminance, nimbus, sustenance, and vitality. Effects are configurable via gamerule for potency tuning. Added new foods including golden berries and berry cakes. Renamed biscuits to cookies and tarts to pies. Added the mortar and pestle block with 13 variants, crafted via stonecutter (netherite via upgrade template). All nine berries can be crushed into dye using the mortar and pestle. Introduced glow dye from glow berries, mimics glow ink sac behavior. Updated textures for nearly every item and block, including major redesigns and minor color adjustments.
v4.0.2: Fixed issues with Quilt crashing when crafting any berry jam sandwich, by removing the glass bottle recipeRemainder. I will properly fix the code in a later release. Additionally, I resolved an issue with a stale loot table, causing errors with loot chests in taiga villages.
V4.0.1: Added effect for Goji Berry Juice, to prevent blindness/darkness and give night vision for 60s. Added tooltips for juices, so players would know what effects they have. Corrected some recipes to be shaped, instead of shapeless.

An unexpected weirdness with eating blueberries has been fixed by adding a cancel, if the blueberry planting process fails or completes, allowing eating of blueberries while looking at a block.

Update 3.1.0: Adjusted generation rate of Blueberry Bushes to be more similar to Sweet Berry Bushes. They may exceed Sweet Berry Bushes, but in my testing, they were nearly average. Please feedback on this, if the generation could use more adjustments.
