- Removed command-based origins enablement system, it doesn't work

This version of Pony Origins Lite will remove the "po.globalflags" scoreboard that Pony Origins normally adds, since it is no longer in use. This will also be removed in 1.0, as it is not necessary.
- Fixed Install of the enable/disable logic
- Fixed OP species not showing up
- Fixed Umbrum Shadow Walk looking for a power that doesn't exist
- Fixed function syntax for enable/disable commands

Pony Origins Lite is a reduced featureset version of Pony Origins 2.0, designed to work with just Origins with no extra dependencies. The notable differences between this version and Pony Origins 2.0:
- Edible items use the old "fake edible" power logic from 1.19.2
- Food poisoning is vastly simplified to just a chance of "hunger"
- Movement pentalties for quadrupeds have changed. Sprinting is not possible when holding items, but sprinting speed is faster, and item holding no longer affects overall movement speed.
- Hazard system has been downgraded to just a visual effect.
- Flight system no longer checks for wingstrikes when flying.
- Elimination of Advancements and Progression.
- Addition of some features marked for Pony Origins 3.0
As this is an Alpha version, expect there to be bugs. Please report them if you come across any.
