Refactored a lot of the code base

Added Dune, Eclipsa, Atmas, and Ringetic

Added structures to Jada, Diater, Vulcan, Fierer, and Flade

Added Iapedus/Titan to each other's skyboxes.

Added random loot pools to most structures

Added a bunch of advancements

Fixed All skyboxes not having blending and for the solar system not being consistent with how the sun is displayed

Fixed All skyboxes being covered when weather is technically happening

Fixed water evaporating on some planets/moons made it so bases were impossible.

Fixed All bodies snowing when they either shouldn't or don't have an atmosphere.

Fixed Titans Village towers Villagers trade prices being high

Fixed Titans Rock outpost having many issues also gave it some small tweaks.

Fixed grass colors on some planets/moons being desaturated

Retweaked lots of ore spawns 

Tweaked Skybox colors for some
