Added support for Soulfer and Dytiona
Adds full compat for Thermal Series and Mekanism so Thermal Series and Mekanism ores generate on Planets+ planets/moons
Note: The reason for this being made instead the being able to just use both seperated packs were due to a unknown issue that i found so this aproch fixes that
