Particle Tweaks

• Updated to FrozenLib's Config V2
• Fixed an issue that caused Big Splashes to render incorrectly

• Fixed an issue that could potentially cause some particles to crash.
• Added two mixins to the mod's mixins.json file that were supposed to be enabled in the first place.
  • As a side effect of this, Splashes are now fixed!

• Rewrote the entire mod, for the sake of readability, cleanliness, and stability.
• Fixed multiple edge-cases where the transparency or scale of a particle could swap.
• Particles that are caught on a block's collision can now continue moving if that block is removed.

• Ported to 1.21.9
• Cleaned up tons of code!
• FrozenLib is now a required dependency, as this mod now utilizes its config implementation.

• Added an option to make Falling Leaves particles look similar to those found in The Garden Awakens' trailer.
• Rain particles with the Trailer Splashes config enabled now look much more visually pleasing.

• Added many new particles, mimicking those found in Minecraft trailers!
• Added additional tweaks to make particles act like their trailer counterparts!

Keep in mind that these additions are all entirely optional. They are disabled by default and require Cloth Config to enable.

Ported to 1.21.2

• Some particles will now burn and spawn smoke particles upon contact with Fire or Lava.
  • Block and Item breaking particles that come from Fire/Lava resistant blocks or items will not burn.
• Removed tweaks to Particle Rain's particles as they've improved in recent versions of the mod.
• More cleanup I suppose.

• Significantly cleaned up a lot of duplicate implementations of the same code
• Improved many particles that weren't tweaked in prior versions
• Improved water and flowing water interactions with particles
• Tweaked a few particles that were already tweaked prior, such as the Damage Indicator particle
