Construction Sticks

• Update to 26.2

• Disable the swap animation on Construction Sticks which has the battery upgrade. Charging the Construction Stick will no longer cause the swap animation to play.

• Fix battery upgrade not working properly (Couldn't be charged)

• Change the crafting recipes for the Construction Sticks
• A Stick Template has been added which is to be used in crafting the construction sticks in the Smithing Table
• The Stick Template can be crafted with 4 sticks surrounding 1 wooden button in the center
• The smithing recipe is 1 Stick Template, 1 Stick and the ingot/gem of the specific construction stick (For example a Diamond for a Diamond Stick)

• Update NeoForge support (Requires 26.1.2.21-beta or above) (Thanks Satherov)
