Container Blacklisting

Added the ability to blacklist certain types of blocks being accessed when crafting

• This allows more control over the mod, particularly if it messes up your storage/redstone systems (e.g. taking items from hoppers when you craft)
• Control either from modmenu or using commands, you will need operator permissions on multiplayer

fixed an issue causing armour to be unequipped when closing the player inventory
