Patches More Red's wire placement to work with Sable sublevels

This mod implements a basic patch that makes it so your More Red wires don't snap when you try to place them on sable contraptions because the mod thinks they're too far away. All it does from a technical standpoint is do a simple inject into the top of the wire snapping check to automatically pass if it's within distance by Sable's vector metrics.
I have no idea how to fix the rendering, so that will likely never be within the scope of this project.
Written for NeoForge 1.21.1, Requires More Red (Which unfortunately only has 1.21.1 versions available on CurseForge and GitHUb) and Sable
