Mob Wrangler

• Added experimental support to "ride" a minecart

Added support for more mobs:

• ocelot
• spider & cave spider
  • spiders can climb over walls
• minecart (experimental)
  • can only drive up half a block

Added horn abilities:

• goat: does a dash
• frog: big jump

Other changes:

• improved ghast horn ability so it spawns the fireball in front of you

• Made wrangled mobs get step height 1.1 so they can walk up ledges
• Added Phantom return point setting using the goat horn
