Additions/Tweaks:
- Added the ability for users to add their own music tracks to the mod using resource packs. More info here
- Added a config option to toggle whether punching a player without a weapon should cause the player battle track to play or not #4
- Added a whitelist mode config option, which turns the blacklist config in to a whitelist #7
