tone down the sugar rush on the caramel apple (caused motion sickness)

changed the guillotine enchant to not be rng based (read main page for more infos)

changed the happy mask so it's not rng based (check main page for more infos)
-
added sounds to soul bullets
-
fixed "thrill" not healing properly, (it was set to only start at the end of the combo)
