UPDATING THIS FROM MOD FROM ITS 0.1 VERSIONS TO ITS 0.2 VERSION WILL NOT WORK, either continue using the .1 version or create a new world

- Fixed nearest color method that was incorrectly calculating colors, the result of this fix is subtle but the images turn out more true to color. (In a future update I am planning to look into gamma correction however this might be too processor heavy since that entire method is already the bulk of it)
- Removed some uncessary code and cleaned up project a smidgen
Slighty more friendly for servers:
- Added config file to manage max width and max height for map art.
- Map rendering is now threaded seperately to prevent game freezes when generating map art.
