• Add a momentum scrolling option to allow momentum scrolling to be included in hotbar scrolls (disabled by default, as it was before) (macOS-only option)
• Make small scrolls not grouped together, except for on the hotbar, momentum scrolls are also enabled here; this makes the scrolling feel much more natural in interfaces such as the video settings menu
