• refactor of mod's file structure
• added Goober's updated sprite for fortune paper
• modified cookie so it can be eaten regardless of hunger
• completely overhauled tooltips for paper, much cleaner and gives info on the type of effect it gave
• misc cleanup and refactor of logic surrounding effects.
