Lixir's One Little Block

Adds a block that drops random items from any loaded mods when mined and syncs properly with the server and client.

Features:

• Block that adds random items when broken directly to your inventory
• Syncs properly with the server and client (no ghost blocks)
• Mines faster with any tool
• 1 tick delay when mining to regenerate
• Has cool particles
