Functionality
- Team skins! skins.json now has exta functionality to implement those
- Sub-ins now have their skins automatically change to the player they're subbing in for

Functionality:
-Skin change now happens automatically, commands are still accessible for manual update
-When lives get reset, players get their default skin back
Bug fixes & improvements:
-Fixed the game failing to find skins when not initialised in skins.json and throwing an error
-Fixed skins never loading in Limited Life
-Fixed a bug where you could get stuck in the death screen
-Reversed the skin system, now the skin name assigns the minimum, and not the maximum life amount, which should make it more intuitive -Fixed a few NullPointer exceptions and other skin-setting bugs
