Accurate Block Placement Reborn

This release:

Officially backports v1.4.4 to 1.21.9-1.21.11, consisting of:

• Improves the fix for Issue #28 "Shulker Boxes do not immediately open when placing and holding right-click"
  • A previous fix to prevent accidentally opening containers whilst placing blocks was poorly implemented. Going forward it should be much harder to do so.
• Cleans up various parts of the code
• Updates Russian translations (thanks @chtko and @AnarchByte!)
• Completes Portuguese (Brazilian) translations (thanks @murilommelo!)

Previous releases for 1.20.5-1.21.1 had some of these features, but were otherwise one-offs, as I hadn't been properly backporting anything until now.

This release fixes a couple of bugs:

• Plantable food items (Carrots, Potatoes, Sweet Berries) can now be planted accurately
• Placeable items in the off-hand slot will now place accurately even when a non-placeable item is in the main-hand slot
