The fog and particle effects of a sandstorm. Sandstorms occur during normal weather/thunder events in biomes that do not otherwise have rain.

Fog effects also apply to snowy biomes, but it is less dense and only applies when it is thundering

Pale Gardens have intense fog and blackened rain.

Fog is extremely dense in Swamps and Dark Forests whenever it rains
