Adds new cave type: Liminal Cave

Details: Hard to escape and may contain spooky surprises if you dare to enter it

Adds new music for all biomes (each acquirable as a music disk after completing its biome's advancement tree) which did not already have released biome music (All by @SOSSALMON who is credited as an artist):

Aria Negative (this one is fire) - Endstone Cave

Crawling Feeling - Infested Cave

Fungus Amongus - Fungal Caverns

Hard As Obsidian - Obsidian Reserve

Added a massive coal vein biome feature for the coal reserve

Added two different giant mushroom features which can spawn in selected caves (fungal caverns only right now)

Hidden custom music disk reward for completing all of the graveyard cave advancements (also via /give command)

Fixs:

Cave guide no longer ever pauses the game

Coal reserve no longer makes the entire ground coal

Excess mobs no longer spawn in each biome

Discord alert is by default toggled off for everyone except the first player to join a world
