Complete rewrite, support for job creation via datapacks
- Fixed an issue with combee evolution line not generating honey if game was in a different language.
- By default, irrigators now irrigate a 3x3 area (9 blocks). This setting is configurable.
- By default, fire extinguishers now extinguish a 3x3 area (9 blocks). This setting is configurable.
- By default, Ditto will now handle all jobs instead of Pikachu. (Old configs will keep Pikachu)

- Scouts: Flying types will convert empty maps into maps that point towards a set of predefined structures (cobblemon + vanilla) or alternatively enable it for any structure via the config file.
