Hex Spell Wheel

• fix: forge version works now
• feat: you can close the wheel by pressing the inventory key now
• fix: instead of using 1-9 keys, quick navigation will use configured hotbar keys

• Added quick-casting! Hold Ctrl while clicking a wheel button (or using a hotkey to quickly navigate through the wheel) and holding an artifact to use it right after changing the pages.
• Added button icons! Right click a wheel button to change its icon to an item you're currently holding (saved in config/hex-spell-wheel.txt).
• Pages now show their saved iota on hover.
