Added the Bandolier. Must have Curios installed to use it.
Bandolier stores 3 stacks of torches (configurable)
Bandolier will automatically consolidate torches of different fuel values, and in some cases even differerent states. For example you can add lit torches to a bandolier full of unlit ones, and it will extinguish them.
When wearing the Bandolier on your belt, you can right click a block to place a torch from it and light it automatically. By default, you must be holding nothing to do this.
