Gateways to Eternity - More Gateways

This mod simply adds more gateways to Gateways to Eternity by Shadows_of_Fire.

Currently, it only has compatibility between:

Alexs Mobs Born in Chaos Deeper and Darker Jaden's Nether Expansion L-Enders Cataclysm

But many more will be added in the future. If you want Gateways for other modded mobs, leave a comment, and I'll most likely add it.
