Makes fishing in minecraft just a little bit more intresting. Also upgrades other villager professions and features related to them (WIP)

- Added a raffling system for shepherds
- Added a new GUi that allows the purchase of potion ingridients from Clerics
- Farmers may now produce additional bonemeal using composters
- Added a GUI For clerics to be able to buy potions from!
- Improved the usability of the mod slightly. Making selling fish easier.
- Slight Quality Of Life changes to the GUI with tooltips to make the mods usage more clear.
- Added configuration files that allow for compatibility with other fishing mods
- Fixed a bug that made it so you couldnt trade stacks of 1 with fishermen
- Fixed a bug that caused you to be able to trade fish with any villager, not just fishermen
