Added a Simplified Chinese language file made by junshengxie

Major update

Version 1.8 adds a config file that allows you to fully customize every Enchantment and Curse in any way you want.

For every Enchantment and Curse, you can change:

• Its maximum level
• The primary item it can be applied to (requires a restart)
• The secondary items it can be applied to
• Its Rarity (requires a restart)
• If it's a Treasure Enchantment or not
• If it can be traded by Villagers
• If it can be randomly obtained in chests or by fishing

It is also fully compatible with ModMenu

• Experience Catalyst is no longer compatible with Looting

Changes:

• A new Enchantment has been added:
  • Experience Catalyst:
    Increases the amount of experience you get when the item is in your main hand
    
    
• Curse of Attrition can now be applied to Tridents

Bug fixes:

• Fixed a major issue that caused Overshield to default the player's max health value to 20. This caused compatibility issues with mods that modify the player's max health such as Levelz. The enchantment now works as intended in all cases.

• Soul Reaper: Reduces the item's damage in exchange for a chance to heal the user with every hit on a neutral or hostile mob

Changes:

• Lifesteal, Pain Cycle, Guarding Strike and Frenzy can now be applied to axes
• Pain Cycle's self damage has been reduced from 1 heart to half a heart

1 new enchantment has been added:
