Fixed bug where buffed mobs that spawn on a soothing lantern chunk would have their abilities for a tick they are removed.

Passive abilities that apply a status effect will no longer do so if the entity already has the effect.

Eldritch Mobs is now completely server-side. Soothing lanterns now must be activated with Redstone to prevent special mob spawning. If you are updating from a previous version of eldritch mobs, then it is highly recommended that you break all soothing lanterns before updating.
