Minimized redundant code from mixins

Added a config option for item entities dropped (either by Silk Touch tools or static_blocks); their initial vertical velocity (where they "plop" out) can be changed.

In vanilla it's 0.2, in Drizzleproof it was 0.05, and now it's 0.085 (just a touch bouncier than before).
