- Messages of cancelled ServerChatEvents will now not be sent to the Discord chat.
- Added use_nickname config option to define, if the username or the nickname will be shown as sender for Discord messages in the Minecraft chat.
- Added use_parameters config option to the commands' config options. If it's active, everything attached to the Discord command will be attached to the Minecraft command, so Parameters can be transferred from Discord to Minecraft commands.
