Adds compatibility between Create and Biomes O' Plenty.

- Included translations for: German(de_de), Spanish(es_es), French(fr_fr), Japanese(ja_jp), Russian(ru_ru), Ukrainian(uk_ua), and Simplified Chinese(zh_cn)
Added 2 new sand compacting recipes
- Diorite: Inputs: 2 Flint + 1 White Sand + 100 mB Lava
- Scrochia: Inputs: 2 Flint + 1 Black Sand + 100 mB Lava
- Removed the thermal calcite being turned to Diorite

- Tiny Cactus → Green Dye ×2, 10% chance Green Dye ×1
