Fixed zinc_component not working, which caused Zinc recipes to break

• Made the Makeshift Trident throwable, but made it incredibly weak and fragile
• Removed component tags for compat mods and instead built them directly into the mod, this will remove the console errors and also make adding additional compat easier!
• Reworked how parts of the code work to incorporate this change

Fixed a typo that caused ingot casts to make blocks :sobbing:

Implemented Cracker's Lib (Natively, you don't need to install anything extra) to make adding configs easier,

New configs:

• Disable Tridents [Disables Trident functionality and removes them from the Creative Tab, Doesn't remove their recipes]
• Disable System Outs [Disables Sysouts added by the mod that announces recipes and blacklisted items]

Fixed up recipes: The old ingot and nugget items have been removed as they were redundant, and now are based on if a compatible mod is present, less inventory clutter!

Added transitional items for casting tools, Fixed and improved sequenced assembly for tool casting
