• make the mod fully client-sided, it now support and load themes on servers.
• Mew battle theme added.
• Base form Necrozma now play Lunala/Solgaleo theme.

this is the same as the last version, ported for 1.7

-ajusted all songs to start instantly

(i wanted to make it client-sided before doing 1.7 version but turns out i can't due to how 1.6 song system work)
