Players wearing bubble boots do not pop bubble blocks automatically while stepping on them, allowing bubble blocks to serve more effectively as temporary scaffolding

Sneaking stops bubbles from forming underfoot

Now requires a Master armorer trade. As bubble boots don't have durability, a player would never need more than one pair
