
Broken's Enchantment Overhaul
Changes enchanting and anvil mechanics. Adds new enchantments and reworks some existing ones.

- Added the Prospecting enchantment; The tool glows red if there are nearby ores.
- Added the Spelunker enchantment; The tool glows red if any suspicious sand, gravel, treasure, or spawners are nearby.
- Adjusted the Tempered enchantment; a wider range of blocks can be harvested without durability loss.
- Renamed tempered_affects tag to damage_tempered, tools with tempered take damage only when mining blocks in this tag.
- Fixed an issue where damage reduction did not work correctly in Neoforge builds.
- Fixed a visual issue where the Barrier entity layer did not sync with arm swing animations.
- Fixed a visual issue where the Barrier entity layer did not render on mobs with the barrier enchantment active.

- Scavenger and Breach reworked as duration-based bonuses
- Blacksmith enchantment changed; Restores 8 durability to a random equipped item when killing a hostile with a smash attack
- Agility enchantment reworked; now gives mobility bonuses that increase when the user has speed or jump boost effects
- Thorns enchantment damage deflection and chance increased
- Molten enchantment removed; replaced with Fire aspect for axes
- Excavate enchantment no longer available on axes
- Removed luck bonus from the Insight enchantment
- Barrier enchantment reworked to make use of the attributes system
- Barrier recharge time increased to 8s per charge (from 4s)
- Hearts in the player UI will become blue if they player has at least one charge for the Barrier enchantment
- Conduits repair held tridents to compensate for the lack of available repair materials and Mending enchantment
- Fixed an issue where the Blacksmith enchantment did not prevent durability loss
