Broken Lead Warner for 1.21.6-1.21.7

Simple 1.21.6 (& 1.21.7 hopefully I didn't actually test it) port - nothing has been added or changed.

Note: As of now, if you connect a lead to another entity (e.g. a Happy Ghast holding a boat) and it breaks, it does not alert you because it isn't considered yours anymore. I want to look into adding support for this in the future, however, there's no guarantees as it may not even be possible while remaining fully client-side.

The "Please Name Me" Update

(came up with that name on the spot, we'll go with it I guess)

Minecraft 1.21-1.21.4 is now supported! Along with that, two new options have been added!

• See the name of the mob you were leading when the lead breaks(enabled by default)
• Alternative warning sound(for now, the normal "warning ping" and Minecraft's "leash snapping" sound effect).

If you want a vanilla experience, chanigng the warning sound to vanilla's leash snap and disabling the warning message(if you want) works really well!

This should work for all of 1.21-1.21.4, but I didn't get to test it much so please report any issues you find!

BREAKING CHANGE: MidnightLib is no longer embedded in Broken Lead Warner. You must download it yourself now. This allows for support between all of Minecraft 1.20.x with one file(for Broken Lead Warner).

No gameplay changes have been made.

It's About Time!

Broken Lead Warner has finally been ported to 1.19.4. It took a while because the branches were a mess, and I didn't feel like fixing it... until now! It took quite a while to fix the branches because a lot of things broke. I lost the original 1.19.3 branch, and had to do some goofy things to get 1.19.2 working. However, everything should be fixed.

Nothing has been added or removed... hopefully.
