1. Added the ability to upload files to server / host's BBS config from connecting clients.

• Toggling is available in the F6 Utility Panel.

• Added "/bbs record [selector]" in order to trigger replay recording on all selected clients.
• Added film sync into the BBS save function (with notifications). Ensures proper syncing by manually saving or by the auto save function.
• Fixed deselection in most scenarios that used to cause unintended deselection.
• Fixed reordering replays causing other clients to improperly shift to other replays.
