Reworked placement system

Vanity support!

• Fixed some placement issues
• Added equip-sound when equipping from the inventory

Backpack Dying!!!

• Backpacks can now be opened while carried by another player

• Added compatability with Spyglass Improvments

• Capes are no longer visible while wearing a backpack

• Dropped backpacks will attempt to place themselves down if they contain items

• Dropped backpacks will no longer despawn if they contain items

• Dropped backpacks can now only be picked up if player has an empty chest-slot

• Backpacks will now have a floating animation when on top of a liquid

• Right-clicking with a chestplate will no longer swap with backpack
