- Fixed artificer house generation rate from 1 in 42 to 1 in 60
- Ebonite armor heals over time

- soul sand typo in desc of soul rune fixed
- burning effect no longer directly damages players and instead lights them on fire in random intervals between 1.5 and 3 seconds.
Implemented all Reborn Textures Changed Creative Tab Label to better fit darker gui resourcepacks. Fixed Phantom Bow projectile function (model still broken) Fixed Infusing Table GUI

Implemented a new animation system for the Phantom Bow, the animation is still broken.
[QoL] Changed each tooltip to better describe what the tool does

Fixed the aetheric pendant and excalibur items forcinge all mobs to deagro when equipped/right clicked.
Fixed infusing table duplication glitch. Fixed tooltips for Ebonite tools.
Fixed the Ring of Stamina not boosting saturation bug.
