    • Added the config file creation to the mod.

    • Added the vanilla rework enchantments.

    • Added initial wrench it.

    • For the create mod versions, used the following:

      • create_version = 6.0.9-215
      • ponder_version = 1.0.81
      • flywheel_version = 1.0.6
      • registrate_version = MC1.21-1.3.0+67

    • Added a new enchanted book recipe and phantoms spawn reworks.

    • When starting a server the next things will happen to all players and world:

      • The joining player unlocks all recipes.
      • This gamerules will be modified.
        • RULE_DO_PATROL_SPAWNING will be set to false.
        • RULE_DOINSOMNIA will be set to false.
