Updated to 1.21

Updated all climate ranges to take advantage of TFC's new rainfall variance worldgen parameter

Added 4 new full wood types (Araucaria, Beech, Ginkgo, and Blue Mahoe) and 14 new tree species

Temporarily removed Firmalife support because it doesn't exist on 1.21 yet

Finally added zh_cn and ru_ru translations that people PR'ed a long time ago.

• Probably fixes a crash related to cutting down trees with active tree taps on them when Pandas Falling Trees is installed, but I never could reproduce the bug

• Tree tap will now break when the tree it is on is cut down
