Difficulty HUD is now hidden when debug info is displayed (F3 mode)
Usage of vanilla sound events by Apocalypse have now been replaced with custom sound events and subtitles to allow for better datapack customization (with a few exceptions)
Fixed a server-side crash when server is stopping (issue #18)
