FIXES:
-the heavy duty door parts were inverted (may cause already placed blocks to break)
-the walls are now portalable
-the support beams wouldnt render properly (removal of custom model)
-certain items would not be in the creative tab and be in the decorations tab instead

- neon light sync
- added tiles to the creative tab
-fix crash when the mod is loaded by a server
-heavy duty door not fully breaking fix
